Why We Love It

You might be wondering why you need and extra long spoon, but trust me you want an extra long spoon. The spoons elongated spiral handle is for reaching the bottom of your cocktail glass or mixing glass to throughly mix all your ingredients and maneuver the ice. You can also pour liquid down the spiral handle, like seltzer or tonic to make it sit above the rest of the ingredients in the glass. If you are creating a layered cocktail, you can use the back of the spoon to add each ingredient separately.
