Why We Love It
For our honeymoon, we took a two week trip to the Amalfi Coast in Italy. One of the highlights of the trip was visiting a small paper maker in the town of Amalfi. They've been operating since the middle ages! It was truly a breathtaking sight to see. Of course I bought as much as I could fit in my suitcase and rationed using it for years once I returned home. Fast forward twenty years, I'm happy we can carry the same paper in our shop.
