I'm a big fan of the Julia Childs, and when I saw her use this flat meat tenderizer to flatten chicken and crack the bones, I had to have one. After a long time searching, Susan found me one for the a holiday gift and then it couldn't be found again. Now I have found this style of meat tenderizer and am able to share them with you.

This flat stainless steel meat tenderizer has heft to pound thin any piece of meat and has pointed edges to crack the bones/joints, when you need it. After using this tenderizer, you will never go back.
