I have a fascination with kitchen cutlery of all kinds. One that I find particularly hard to find is a good cheeseboard knife. They need to be small, but not too small, have a sharp blade and of course look as good as your cheese board spread. This is no easy feat, to find a perfect knife. It is my mission to find these knives and share them with you.
This particular pairing / cheeseboard knife from France, hits all those marks. I love it because it's a good size, sharp, sturdy and looks beautiful. This knife is authentic and comes straight from Au Sabot in France.
