A few years ago I gave up teflon for cast iron cookware and will never look back. Cast iron cookware is fantastic with one drawback, the handle gets hot. That's were these leather cast iron handle covers come in. They look fantastic and are extremely functional because of the universal fit. You can have one and use it on multiple pans or have one for each pan. There are two sizes available.
