Exterior Color Consultation
Exterior paint is a big commitment because of the scale of the project and the impact it has on your curb appeal. I like to break out color into concepts, reviewing items that can affect the perception of the home such as landscaping, how the home is situated in the environment and the home owners taste.
The consultation includes:
- An initial 30 minute meeting to learn about your project and ask questions to get a feel for what you love and don’t
- Considerations for location, neighborhood, landscaping
- Specific paint colors suggested (I normally specify Benjamin Moore but can work with other brands)
- A PDF presentation with color concepts and mockups of the front of the home (from homeowner supplied images of the exterior of the home)
- 1 hour followup meeting to review the presentation and Q&A
- PDF emailed after presentation for your reference
What I’ll need from you to start:
- Provide exterior pictures of your home, surroundings (neighborhood, street, etc). Phone photos work great, nothing fancy.
- Share your inspiration images
- Join me for two meetings, one to get the project brief and one to present the creative concepts
