Why We Love It
When I opened this, I screamed with delight. First the packaging is divinely simple. Then the size of the soap is impressive, it's not your standard bar soap size, it's much larger. And what's better than a soap that symbolizes good fortune? Everyone can use a bit of good fortune in their home.

A beautifully gift boxed "soap on a rope" from Tamanohada, a 116 year-old soap factory located in Tokyo, which makes a wonderful present. The soap is in the shape of the Red Sea Bream, a symbol of good fortune in Japanese culture.
